About the HOST
I am Simone (or Nina how my friends call me), a 10+ expierenced community builder, manager and digital growth marketer.
Originally I am from Germany, but living in Portugal for over 6 years now, where I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2019. After quitting my last job in brand management and operations, I seek to create something meaningful. 2020 I founded Pappus Agency building brand communities and coworking spaces; 2022 I co-founded SheSapiens supporting female entrepreneurs in their journey.
Empowering people and fostering engagement are what I practice daily. Today, I run events and consulting projects on “Community-led Growth” because communities are a the most powerful tool for businesses to disrupt and grow.
